Refund policy
Return:
- ALL sales are final, and no refunds or returns are accepted.
Lost/Damaged Packages:
- Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. We do not refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at bespokenholistics@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If your product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong order. you are required to contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product, with your order number and pictures to verify damages. Please double check your address before purchasing, we will not cover shipping cost for putting incorrect address.
